Mark 4:26-29 And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head. But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”
If you don’t know that with every seed there is always a period of time when it appears that absolutely nothing is happening, then Satan will defeat you.
He will condemn you and tell you that your faith is not working. He will tell you that nothing is happening. He will tell you to give up and quit before the harvest comes. Don’t listen to him!
Instead, hold fast to the confession of your faith (Heb. 10:23), and you will reap a harvest.
Do what the Bible says to do: “…do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise…” (Heb. 10:35-36).
